Site Management
Project Overview
The client had a high-traffic website that was already live and serving a large, engaged audience. While functional, the site suffered from inconsistent design, a disorganized structure, and inefficient code, which made it difficult for the internal team to manage. Additionally, staff were unfamiliar with how the website had originally been built, complicating updates and expansion efforts.
With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization needed to adapt quickly by introducing digital-first solutions. These included embedded video, livestreaming capabilities, and a calendar and events system to keep the community informed and connected remotely.

Website Design & Maintenance
The website underwent a full review to address design inconsistencies and technical inefficiencies. The front-end was cleaned up for a more unified and user-friendly experience, while the back-end was restructured for improved performance, speed, and ease of maintenance.
Key features were added to meet the evolving needs of the organization, including video and livestream integration and a dynamic calendar and events module. All updates were designed with scalability and usability in mind.
Since the initial rebuild, the website has been actively managed for over five years. Ongoing collaboration has included regular maintenance, backups, event coordination, and content updates to ensure the site remains secure, current, and aligned with organizational goals.
